When reporting an issue with the displays, please supply as much of the following information as possible:

• Your name and contact information
• The name of the mall with the problem
• The location of the display in the mall (e.g. Near Macy's first floor entrance, top of escalator near food court, etc.) and the display type (e.g. single or double sided display)
• Description of the issue
• Date and/or time the issue was first noticed
